That's unheard of. I know, I know it should be higher. But it's significant. It may be the most significant stat from the AP poll yesterday. We've seen low poll numbers for a while now. Even Independents have been down on him for months due to affordability and the War.

This is the first movement I've seen in his "base". I think it's a signal that things are going to start changing.
