The SPLC site clearly states: "Our Intelligence Project is internationally known for tracking and exposing the activities of hate groups and other domestic extremists."

If it's a crime to use paid informants to infiltrate and provide incriminating information on violent clandestine groups, then the FBI, CIA and every other law enforcement and national security organization in the world is also guilty of the same crime. This is just one more bullshit DOJ prosecution to go after Trump's enemies, and protect his violent white supremacist supporters.
