20. Some of the questions they didn't ask

What a monumentally stupid poll. This is EXACTLY what people mean when they talk about not letting republicans frame the issues. This poll asks only about things from the Republican framework. Following are some questions that could address COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ISSUES.

(In no particular order)

1. How would you like to see the American healthcare system organized?

2. In your estimation, which citizen groups are the three branches working hard for?

3. Should women have equal rights with men?

4. Should minority populations have equal rights?

5. What stance should the US take about members of Congress having the ability to actively invest in the stock market while they are seated in Congress?

6. What is your opinion of the proper place of government with respect to intimacy between consenting adults?

7. Should the US government actively promote Christian religion?

8. Should the US invest public money in and work toward an alternative-energy future?

9. Should the US protect and expand its public lands?

A breakdown by age group would make for more informative stats IMO. NoMoreRepugs Yesterday #2
I added a link to the poll and some more stats, but the poll info link does not have the cross-tabs data, unfortunately Celerity Yesterday #5

Really?? Proof of citizenship?? Do they know what that entails??? LeftInTX Yesterday #14
Of course not. It's largely ignorance that leads to such bogus opinions. nt eppur_se_muova 17 hrs ago #22
Nice that the public doesn't care that deregulation could poison them. bucolic_frolic Yesterday #15
I agree that far too many members of the American public are dumb (I would say truly stupid AF), often wilfully so. Celerity Yesterday #17
Yeah maybe we should try fixing our own country before bombing the shit out of others? Initech Yesterday #19
