12. How many Americans know much of anything?

We are some of the dumbest opinionated people on the planet.
Children are more educated than the average American. They choose to learn. We don't.

I avoid that by coming to DU. It doesn't make my head hurt.

The Iranians I have met were all professionals in either medical or tech.
My past big boss was Iranian, as well as my Dentist.

The average American couldn't tell you about the Shah, 1950s Iranian history and how we fucked that up!

Yet they will sing along with Lindsey and his Bubble Wand Baton to Bomb Iran!

I do find mental comfort being among others at DU who are more educated on the world.
