Taxes will be increased on the top 2%, Pay roll holiday is expiring and in five years time the rest of the tax cuts can be allowed to be lapsed under better economic conditions.
Allowing all the tax cuts to expire along with the pay roll holiday would be too much of a shock to the American economy for middle class families.
A gradual increase in taxes is the most sensible.
