Ellison doesn't have the money to close the deal for Disney-Warner Bros/ABC. Add to that his decision to hire Bari Weiss to run CBS news isn't going well which is going to cause CBS to lose ad revenue.

Building data centers isn't cheap either plus there is growing opposition to them whenever and whereven plans to build one are announced.
