We will need to cut steadily over the next 12 years as we invest in our citizens, our workers, our infrastructure and our planet make initial cuts and plan for the .

in the next few years Western Europe will be building their military and taking over their own defense from the US, so it is best we use this opportunity to plan and build a livable society.
