has found another way to steal. I wonder what the average bribe was. Maybe it was dependent upon the crime(s) committed, the ability to pay the bribe (use of the proceeds of the crime(s) is acceptable and preferred) and the overall degeneracy of the 'perp'. Pedophiles get a free ride.
