1. Situation. You list the Enemy Forces, Friendly Forces, Attachments and Detachments, and Civil/Terrain considerations.
2. Mission.
3. Execution. This contains the commander's intent, concept of the operation, tasks to be performed, and coordinating instructions.
4. Administration and Logistics.
5. Command and Signal.
