going beyond mere blacking out a name, Given the signature of the Treasury Secretary imparts the "legal" to legal currency, you would be wise not to push it by defacing/blacking out Bessent's signature. Untested legally as of yet, but I don't think NOW is the climate to test it. Trump has no legally abiding reason for his name to appear so blacking it out is solid ground as the law is written.
