3. My grandma was like that. Never missed a day of work and always got the job done.

Things went completely sideways when she retired. She eventually had to be removed from the home she owned as a danger to herself and others. Some of her neighbors loved her, others were terrified of her.

No "assisted living" place would tolerate her long so she'd end up living with my parents.

If I inherited a quarter of my mental health issues from my grandma it's still too much. Meds are helpful. My grandma must have been fierce to hold all that crazy in and power her way through each and every work day. Unfortunately everyone outside her work suffered for it.
