Michael Cohen knew him as well as anyone, and Cohen said that Krasnov has never been in a physical altercation his entire life.

I assume that Cohen is talking about getting physical with men. He did rough up Ivana dragging her down the stairs by her hair, and he did slap that 13 year old girl for not giving him a BJ properly.
