his campaign debates, some type of uppers. To calm him down when he is in a manic state, tranquilizers.

He appears to have ADHD. Or to be on something that makes him incapable of focusing and concentrating on one thing at a time.

He swings between rages that must push his BP into a danger zone and a zoned out calm with a silly grin. Two examples of being hyped up are his debate with Biden (the one that caused Biden to withdraw) and the debate with Harris when he talked about Haitians eating dogs and cats. A memorable incident of zoning out was on the campaign stage with Noem guiding him, constantly calling him "sir" while he swayed on the stage to music with glazed eyes and a silly grin. He was so zoned out that I think he didn't know where he was.
