10. The problem is that Donald Trump is incapable of separating his personal interests from the presidency.

The President of the United States has many ways of communicating official business, but Donald Trump created a private social media platform, owned by himself, which he simultaneously uses for announcements he considers official government business and messages that communicate his own personal and often petty opinions.

He conducts government business at many of the clubs he owns and has violated untold numbers of established procedures in his efforts to remodel the official office and residence of the president to the gaudy style in which his clubs and personal residences are decorated.

He ignores advice from qualified experienced experts in any field in favor of recommendations from his children, their spouses and anyone who has managed to weasel their way into frequent contact with him.

I could go on and on. Basically, he has attempted to bring the country under the auspices of the Trump Organization and we are all supposed to simply accept it without question.
