I believe that our intelligence resources have been decimated.

If another country finds a way to bring down power grids, they will do it.

If they find a way to bring down the internet - or release a virus that our systems can't handle, they will do it.

Either of these events could be initiated from within the US.

And when it happens, TSF and Hogsbreath will be shocked.
