18. UPDATE: Police do not currently believe there's a connection

"Hadden stressed that police do not currently believe the shooting is connected to the duck walk killer, who is suspected of killing two people seemingly at random in Rogers Park back in 2018 and was never caught."

This is the first news story I have seen with the Duck Walk Killer even mentioned. Maria Hadden is the ward Alderman (they're called alderman even if they're women); she was obviously receiving questions along this same line from the community and the news.
