Notice Hegseth saying Trump didn't know. He never said he didn't know or didn't coordinate it.

Since Trump knows everything by osmosis, it's possible no one told that dithering idiot anything. Or he dozed off when they did.

Either way, the buck stops with Trump and his admin.
