5. The annoyance and an impediment factor IS the issue, I think.

Annoyance and an impediment tends to lower voter turnout, which is already in critical decline. After all, what is the SAVE America Act about? Mail-in ballots were SUPPOSED to INCREASE turnout, back when that was bipartisanly popular. It's not anymore. And when turnout is low, who benefits? Historically the GOP. It's not like un-cast ballots from annoyed and an impeded voters count as "none of the above," unfortunately - probably should, though.
