His personality disorder, malignant narcissism, however, has gone through the roof.

This man will always sound ignorant because he is convinced he knows-it-all, he can never be wrong about anything ever, he is motivated by instinct rather than logic, and he is the smartest person in history.

The problem with knowing everything is that you can never learn anything.
