Thursday

Lime Bikes and Scooters are EVERYWHERE in Seattle. You see ding dongs zipping around on them 24/7; in bike lanes, out of bike lanes, through red lights, on sidewalks, riding 2 at a time. No one wears a helmet.

Are they all drunk? Probably not. Are they all high on the Pot? More likely.
