that I was a minnow swimming with the sharks. Obeying the traffic laws, as visible as possible, never doing anything stupid, I still expected to be run off the road at least once a day. I was even once taken out by a kamikaze coconut bouncing across the road.

Hopefully, these kids will learn that the lure of the road can also come with a bad case of road rash or worse.
