2. I hate to lose Swalwell from the House, but he really strikes me as the best for CA

I hate that Katie lost her House seat and wish she might return in the future.

Whatever happens, Swalwell CAN return to Congress should he lose the CA primary/election. CA does not require resignation from Congress to run unlike some states.
