3. By this logic, a president cannot be accused of treason if he violates the constitution

and goes to war without congressional authorization. It’s an absurd technicality. Trump and others in this regime have called it a war, and anyone can see it for what it is. Many are calling it the start of WWIII. Regardless, Trump and the Republicans have effectively abrogated the constitution. If statutory or constitutional law is rendered meaningless, then a society falls back on natural law and universal jurisdiction.
