Get the Kurds wound up. False flag on Azerbaijan and see if you can get a revolt in Baluchestan. If all of those line up, they might be able to make Iran smaller and less powerful.

We've already seen news about the Kurds and Azerbaijan. Now watch for news about people in Baluchestan getting armed.
