democracy continues in the US, even the very flawed democracy that we have had for most of our history, there will need to be a party for the one third of the US who are on the right. If a two party system is continued it will need to be a party for the reich-wing as well as the corporatist right.

But in order to be a legitimate partner in democracy that party must agree to accept the results of elections. And every politician who has any rank in that party, or who runs for office, must sign legally binding agreements to accept the results of elections.

We will also need a body to certify elections and with the power to prosecute politicians who try to game the electoral process or who refuse to honor their pledge to accept election results. And subverting democracy must not be treated like stealing a big screen TV from Walmart. Imprisonment must be for decades.
