If I am corporate counsel for Amazon, WalMart. Target, eBay or and other retail channels, I'm filing suit on Monday to claw back every penny I paid in illegal tariffs. It is no different from a tax return. The government has to refund overcharges.

And while we're talking about clawbacks, let's claw back the money from the Qatari jet, from the stolen Venezuelan oik, from all the other shakedowns Trump has been running.

The operative word for the 2026 political season should be

CLAWBACKS !!!

And Dems would be wise to plant their flag firmly on the side of businesses, large and small who got scammed by Trump's illegal tariff racket.
