If you really believe that there there is no point in singling out Fetterman. In reality there is no chance 8 Democrats vote for it. Republicans have been trying to pass this for a decade and it always dies in the Senate because it will NEVER get 60 votes there. The only way for it to pass is to abolish the filibuster which Republicans will not do at this time.

Last year it got 4 Democratic votes in the House and still never even got a vote in the Senate.

Even Fetterman (who has not supported it but is accused of supporting it) believes it has no chance of passing.

Fetterman said the changes to curtail mail-in registration were "a nonstarter" for him. Even if he were to vote for the bill, he said, it's almost certain to die in the Senate because it won't win the necessary 60 votes.
