so years ago, to renew my drivers license in the state o MO. I had to prove I was a US citizen. I had to get a copy of my birth certificate with a raised seal and I think I had to show my marriage certificate, I think. Of course I still have both. I think the governor at that time was Matt Blunt, son of Senator Roy Blunt. Thankfully Matt only served four years. Don’t think he cared for politics much.
