In reply to the discussion: Senator Fetterman supports the GOP voting ID law just passed in House [View all]popsdenver
(1,930 posts)18. My wife
has known about this for a month or two. And is telling all her FEMALE friends what they need to do to retain the right to vote.
99% of them have been voting using their married name, and not their maiden name.........
She is also worried about these assholes checking "how they signed their name when they FIRST registered", and intentionally signing it the same way on ballots. No one signs their name the same as they did years or decades ago, and if "they" check the two, "they"can throw out all the ballots that are signed the current way your name...............
Putin always wins 85+% of the vote in Russia, and I am more than sure he is showing the Republicans all the Corrupt ways he does that, to get all those landslides of votes...

OP
If they get this passed, there will be no more elections, he'll be a Senator for life.

Like Manchin he's a dem who holds a Dem seat. That's important. He just happens to vote with Republicans

Lots of folks here argue that "we need to elect moderates." He's a moderate.

The only silver lining is that Fetterman's term is a little more than half over

As someone who supported him financially in 2022, I'm very disappointed in him.
