Elenore of Aquitaine would have kicked his sorry ass. Heck, most serf women would have kicked his ass, then hooked him up to the plow to give her ox or mule a break.
No matter the time or class, even in the most primitive societies, women still ran their houses, educated their children, were an active part of or even ran the family business, and had pretty much some form legal rights to self-determination and status, even if it was primarily in representing their men, or when their society was highly patriarchal.
Because unless they're narcissists or deluded zealots, most men tend to love and respect at least their mothers and daughters, and want the best outcome for their children, so they generally have to respect and trust their children's mothers.

Unless you're raising a stratified dumf*** society with a crapload of fungible, mindless drones locked into a pre-determined, short future to be tossed as soon as they outlive their usefulness, and a few privileged indulging elite - which in that case, your mindless drones, male, female, or other, won't have any rights anyway.

So which one is Nick Fuentes? The Narcissist, the deluded Fanatic, or the mindless man-Drone?
