61. Arrested for what, though?

Saying stupid, shitty things isn't illegal. We can (and should) mock him relentlessly and flog him vigorously round the public square for being a shitty person and having shitty beliefs. I'm all for it.

Tossing people in prison because they say stupid, shitty things? No. That's way too much of an authoritarian overreaction, that we're going to jail and punish people for saying stupid, shitty things that we don't like.

The First Amendment is a thing and will still be a thing next time Democrats are holding the reins.
