There might be fewer of them but they'll still be here, hoping we'll let our guard down. I suppose Homan is declaring victory and saving face by claiming ICE has bagged 10,000 dangerous criminal immigrants so now they can go torment some other cities. Fuck him. We won't stand down until every last one of those goons is out of here.
