... is a bug-eyed midget shitweasel more concerned with looking like the Big Boss (remember the jacket incident?) than actually doing his goddamned job. He's in WAY over his head, and everyone around him knows it, but, just like Trump, he tries to bullshit his way through it all because he's so weak of character, but, in the end, he only makes everything worse as a result.
