I'm reminded of a WWII song that I'm told British soldiers used to sing to the tune of "Colonel Bogey". Unfortunately, I've forgotten the last line...
"Hitler has only got one ball
Goering has two but very small,
Himmler is rather similar...."

Does anyone know the last line?
