my boss, responding to a complaint, wanted to know why a reported issue had not been resolved.......I dug up the printout from the bottom of the pile of my assigned cases and showed him where the person had literally demanded not to speak to a black customer service rep (note - it was noted as a warning to reps about his assholery, not a directive).........my boss said, yeah, well, get to it as soon as you can - then he put it back into the bottom of the pile
