39. It is a fundimental injustice...

.... for a prosecutor to try a case without a high level of confidence of conviction. You don't willy nilly drag people into court and put them through the trial of a trial just to see what will happen or what you can get away with.

There is no evidence to present at trial, so there should be no trial. It is as simple as that. Any other course of action is a miscarriage of justice.

I stand by justice, the rule of law, and against the perversion of due process.
