prime real estate from, idk... 96th to 72nd street on 10th avenue. Nice Hudson view highrises, all residential.

It used to be called Trump Village. A sprawling complex of dozens of skyscrapers bearing the Trump name. No more. His name is so toxic that even the wealthy in NYC cannot abide living in something bearing his signature.

NYC is the best. When he finally dyes, I have a $100 that the 8.5 million simultaneous orgasms will turn the city into crystal as we ascend to a higher plane of existence.
