I found myself at the base of the stairs to my basement. Blood on my head already dried. I have no memory of the fall or even going to the basement.

Undergoing all kinds of testing, CAT scans, MRI, wearing monitors to check my heart rhythms, other stuff. Still no cause, but I do get dizzy when I stand up (orthostatic hypotension, BP dips to 80/60, heart rate in the 40s).
