It is just that the orange gibbon is only interested in himself. Anything outside of that... don't care.
Nosferatu McGobbels is interested in suffering and pain for everyone. (I really feel that enrichment is a secondary thought to him.)
Sadism is his motivation.
(Except himself, of course. He may be a vile human but he doesn't seem to be a masochist. He'd be screaming like a five year old after thirty seconds of 'interrogation'.)
I am afraid I had a bit of a gag after having to think about him planning his actions. Excuse me a moment.
