using creatine? An 11% difference in early results. Cheap and super safe.

I have suffered from sleep issues. 3 grams/day (the lowest dose) helped me achieve more distinct waking states and more effective sleep right away.

Accepting decline is hard but helpful. I am not suggesting that you back off of that but 11% is 11%
