Hitler did not allow anyone to wake him even if a crisis arose.
And he would not let anyone else make decisions.

So when the Allies hit Normandy Beach, the German generals were helpless to take action.
They could not move their troops from the rest of Europe to France to stop the Allied attack.

So what happens in the US with Trump who is either always asleep or doing psychotic rage tweeting?
