18. Yeah, there's just not any kind of real treatment for Alzheimers.

They keep trying, but everything has such bad side effects for the little benefit you get. Plus, I'd argue there's been no benefit, as seen via trump.

I'd never heard of this drug treatment... but it sure makes connecting the dots easier when it comes to his physical attributes and his current behavior!
