The only screenshot of it I can find on Twitter is from that same account, MP Arizona. He doesn't seem to make a habit of posting spoofs, but is generally anti-Trump. Either he got taken in himself, he knows it's a fake but what the hell, or he generated it himself - in which case, bravo!
