Do you really think anyone would volunteer to go on a boat that will be blown up by Americans?
Of course not. They are probably innocent poor people who the drug runners force to run the boats by threatening their families.
"If you don't do this we will kill your families. If you do it we will pay your family mega bucks if you are killed."
Not real quote just my rational for why anyone would participate while the US is blowing up these boats like in a video game.
