... has metastasized into a terrorist organization. Under their lord and master, Donald Trump, they have become irredeemable monsters; psychopaths devoid of of even a tattered shred of conscience.
You cannot rehabilitate a psychopath; you can only incarcerate it, or (insert your preferred solution here) it.
