4. I watched all 6 episodes and the artwork was wonderful!!!

Before cameras there were painters, illustrators and printers who used their skills to demonstrate what was happening for all of the colonies. I prefer artwork and not photography as expressions of the events occurring at the time.

I also was glad to see women, American Indians and slaves represented in the overall climate during these times.

It wouldn't be a Ken Burns series if it weren't for the narrators like Peter Coyote (among many others).
