This is a tactic to protect the abuser(s). Expose the name of the victim with the deliberate intent to shame the victim to compliance.
I don't believe for one minute that there will be an "accidental" release of the names of the victims yet no "accidental" release of the perpetrators.
Remembering of how just truly unwarranted accusations of SA, in daycare facilities in the '80s garnered full investigations, honest lives ruined.
We now have credible adults with direct accusations, yet not the same pitchforks for the abusers.
Then again, remember the USA gymnastics team that reported repeatedly the SA to the FBI that never acted up to and until they were sued?
