Also you can't just go and ban everything where youth and adults interface just because occasionally pedos slip into the situation and take advantage of kids. It also happens in churches, schools, even families, just to name a few other institutions. It's obviously horrible when it happens but I've never seen hard numbers proving it's esp. prevalent in scouting, which I might add is usually made up nearly entirely of people of the same gender.
