But in a world that fights to reduce both the size and scope of words' meanings, many will describe it a 'Fair Treaty' whilst most will say it's an utter, despicable hatchet job.

Your citizens (present company excepted) are an uncommonly gullible bunch of souls. One may think that they are undergoing a form of mass hypnosis, in the most general sense of the words.

So - if a few up us are pretty sure that their words are worthless - why not the rest of them?
