The plan is exactly the same as what Neville Chamberlain did with Hitler.
Chamberlain negotiated with Hitler, appeased Hitler. In 1938 Nazi Germany annexed Austria, then Chamberlain later in 1938 negotiated a deal for Hitler to annex a part of Czechoslovakia, Czechoslovakia was not a part of the negotiations. In 1939 Hitler took over all of Czechoslovakia and later invaded Poland, Chamberlain resigned in disgrace.

In the Krasnov surrender agreement Russia gives up nothing. Ukraine will never surrender, if it were to agree to this appeasement plan Putin would rearm his military and take control of all of Ukraine.

Stop calling it a peace plan.
